Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to TPS's Christmas Crackers Quantum Brake Fluid and Brake & Clutch Cleaner price reduction offer on selected products (the "Offer").  By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  1. The TPS Christmas Cracker 15% off Brake Fluid and Brake & Clutch Cleaner offer will begin at 6am Monday 2 December 2024, and close at 6pm Wednesday 4 December 2024 (the "Offer Period").
  2. The Offer is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) and purchasing products from us as a business (and not as a consumer) in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business”). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to make purchases and take advantage of the Offer.

The "Qualifying Products".

  1. All Qualifying Products are subject to availability.
  2. When you purchase a Qualifying Product from a TPS Centre in the United Kingdom during the Offer Period, you will be entitled to the promotional price for the Qualifying Product(s) as stated in the accompanying price list. The price against which the discount is applied shall be TPS's retail price for the Qualifying Product (excluding VAT and delivery), after deduction of any usual trade discount which relates to the purchase of Qualifying Products and which TPS applies (in its discretion) as a result of your spend with TPS.
  3. The Offer cannot be redeemed after purchase.
  4. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. If you request (and are entitled to) a refund in relation to one or more Qualifying Products purchased as part of the Offer, then please note that you will receive a refund of the price for that Qualifying Product less the discount applied through this Offer.
  5. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discount vouchers.
  6. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
  7. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Offer. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  8. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
  9. The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to TPS's Christmas Crackers Spin to Win Promotion.  By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Eligibility  

  1. The promotion is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale ("Qualifying Business"). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to participate.
  2. Employees claiming the prize on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  3. The giveaway is not open to:
  • employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion; and
  • non-TPS customers.
  1. A customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
  2. Acceptance of any prize by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business's anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Giveaway must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a prize, in the event that they are successful.
  3. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Giveaway must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Giveaway and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable prize. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or prize claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Giveaway.
  4. The entry period opens on Tuesday 3 December 2024 at 8:00 and closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 17 December (the Promotional Period). 
  5. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase any part or consumable from TPS between Monday 2 December - Saturday 14 December.

Instructions 

  1. To enter into the Promotion, customers must purchase any part or consumable from TPS between Monday 2 December - Saturday 14 December.
  2. Entrants will earn 'spins' based on their total daily spend. Multiple transactions will be included in total spend. Purchases made with credit on a TPS account are excluded from participants overall spend for the day.
  3. Entrants will receive 1 spin for a total daily spend between £0.01-£99.99. 

Entrants will receive 2 spins for a total daily spend between £100-£199.99.

Entrants will receive 3 spins for a total daily spend of £200 and any amount above. 

A maximum of 3 spins per day can be gained.

A maximum of 9 spins can be accumulated at any given time during the promotional period.

  1. All eligible participants will receive an email the following working day after qualifying by meeting one of the above spend thresholds. The email will contain a unique link which enables participants to access the Spin to Win platform. For every day the customer takes part in the promotion, they will receive a new email the following day, but their unique link will stay the same throughout the promotional period.
  2. The link will contain the customer number and Centre number unique to the participant. Once clicked, the participant will be recognised and will be granted access to the site to play and Spin to Win.
  3. Prize will be allocated based on which segment the wheel lands on.
  4. Not all spins will receive a prize. Prizes are allocated randomly. All prizes available throughout the promotion will be shown on the wheel.
  5. Spins can be redeemed from 8am daily until Midnight Monday-Saturday.
  6. Participants can make qualifying purchases with any TPS Centre during opening hours Monday-Saturday. Participants will be unable to ‘Spin to Win’ on the wheel on every Sunday throughout the promotional period. Spins awarded to participants from purchases on any Saturday during the promotional period will be available to claim the following Monday.
  7. Alternatively, participants can enter the promotion with no minimum spend required with TPS, customers must visit https://tps.trade/christmas-crackers-entry to claim their no minimum spend required spins and fill in the data capture form with all required fields. Dates available to enter for no minimum spend required spins are Tuesday 3 December – Friday 13 December 2024. Participants are eligible to claim one no minimum spend required spin per day Monday - Saturday during this period. No minimum spend required spins will be awarded and available to play up to 4 working days after the participants submits their request. Participants will receive an email with the link to claim their spins.
  8. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize draw your request should be made in writing to TPS, you will be able to find the address at:

Prize draw details  

  1. A total of 1,313 vouchers are available to be won during the promotional period.   
  2. 101 prizes are available to be won each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday during the promotional period which are as follows:

33 £5 Costa vouchers  

33 £5 Starbucks vouchers   

17 £10 Greggs vouchers 

17 £10 Deliveroo vouchers.  

  1. If any prizes are unclaimed on a particular day, those prizes then form part of the next working day’s prizes draw, increasing the total amount of prizes.
  2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternatives are available.
  3. There is no limit on the quantity of vouchers each participant is eligible to win throughout the promotional period.

Winner selection  

  1. Prizes will be allocated through the ‘Spin to Win’ mechanic at time of entry on all days excluding Sundays during the promotional period.
  2. All prizes are as stipulated.
  3. Fulfilment of prizes will be handled by a third-party service, Simply Thank You. Winners will be contacted the next working day after their win where Simply Thank You will advise winners how to claim and receive their prize.  Emails will be sent to email addresses that participants enter when prompted. Once entered this email address is final.
  4. Prizes are digital voucher codes and will only be distributed via email. No alternative is available.
  5. The name of the winner(s) and the Prize(s) won will (unless the name of the winner is the name of an individual person and they have objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by TPS before 2 February 2025.

 Publicity

  1. Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize draw and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it may dispose of the Prize as it sees fit, in its sole discretion.
  4. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Ts and Cs by an entrant, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
  5. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Prize draw, these conditions will take precedence.
  6. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Prize draw; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Prize draw; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Prize draw or to download any materials in connection with the Prize draw.
  7. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Prize draw. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
