Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The Offer commences on or around 08:00 on Friday 2 January and ends on or around 13:00 on Saturday 31 January 2026 (the “Offer Period”). 
  2. The Offer is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) and purchasing products from us as a business (and not as a consumer) in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business”). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to make purchases and take advantage of the Offers.
  3. Employees claiming the rebate on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  4. To qualify for the offer, customers must spend £2,500 on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts to recieve a 10% rebate on purchases of Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts during the offer period. 
  5. All Qualifying Products are subject to availability. The sale of Qualifying Products is subject to our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale.

Entry

  1. When you spend more than £2,500 on the Qualifying Product(s) and following the application of any other discounts to which you are entitled, through the same TPS customer account number and across any transactions completed in January 2026 (excluding VAT and delivery) ("Qualifying Spend"), then you will be entitled to 10% rebate on the value of all purchased Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts.
  2. Rebate will be applied to customers’ accounts by Friday 13 February 2026.
  3. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account - no cash rebates will be paid. 
  4. Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business' TPS account. Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.  

General

  1. Should the customer wish to know how much they have grown their purchases by, and at if rebate is now qualifed for, at any point during the Offer Period, they should contact their local TPS Centre. 
  2. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. If you request (and are entitled to) a refund in relation to one or more Qualifying Products purchased as part of the Offer, then please note that we reserve the right (at our discretion) to either:

    charge (or deduct from any sums due) to the Qualifying Business the balance of the purchase price which would have been due for the Qualifying Products retained by the Qualifying Business, had the returned product not been purchased (e.g. if, but for such returned Qualifying Product, the Qualifying Business would not have been entitled to a saving or would have been entitled to a reduced saving through the Offer); or

    treat the saving applied through the Offer as a discount applied equally across all Qualifying Products which the Qualifying Business purchased through the Offer and refund only the price which the Qualifying Business would have paid for the Qualifying Products returned (had the Offer not been available), less such discount.

  3. If any goods purchased during the offer are returned after the offer, which in turn brings the customer below £2500 spend, then the amount of rebate paid to the customer will be adjusted accordingly.
  4. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discount vouchers.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

1.2 The Prize Draw is open to selected businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number and have made at least one purchase from a TPS Centre within the Prize Draw Period ("Qualifying Business").

1.3 Employees entering the Prize Draw on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.

1.4 The Prize Draw is not open to:

1.4.1 employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw;
1.4.2 Volkswagen Group Authorised Repairers, Retailers and Bodyshops; or
1.4.3 non-TPS customers.

1.5 Acceptance of any prize by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business's anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Prize Draw must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a prize, in the event that they are successful.

1.6 Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, its Authorised Repairer network, TPS National accounts, non-TPS customers, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and associated companies or their families and anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.

1.7 Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Prize Draw must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Prize Draw and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable prize. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or prize claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Prize Draw.

Entry

2.1 Entries to the Prize Draw will be made once a core (accident or mechanical) customer spends £500 between Monday 19 January 2026 - Saturday 31 January 2026.

2.2 Spend is qualified as the amount spent with TPS during the Prize Draw period less any credits applied to the account during the qualifying period regardless of when the credited part was purchased.

2.3 The £500 minimum spend requirement is calculated exclusive of VAT.

2.4 Should the customer wish to know how much they have spent with TPS during the Prize Draw at any point, they should contact their local TPS Centre.

2.5 Entrants will also need to have a valid email address and/or contact telephone number linked to their TPS account (these details shall be used to contact winners).

2.6 If entry into this Prize Draw is conditioned on a minimum spend and, for any reason including returns, refunds, or order cancellations, the Qualifying Business no longer meets the minimum spend requirement, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entry you have previously made and to forfeit any Prize you may win/have won.

2.7 As per term 3.4.8 of our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale, goods which were purchased as part of a Promotion or Prize Draw may not be returned to us for credit.

2.8 There is a limit of 1 entry per Qualifying Business once the £500 base target has been reached. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

2.9 If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw your request should be made in writing to your local TPS Centre.

2.10 TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed, damaged or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.

2.11 Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.

2.12 TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. TPS reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

Selection of Winners

3.1 One winner will be drawn at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period ("Winner(s)").

3.2 The Winner will be selected on or around Monday 2 February 2026.

3.3 The Winner will be notified by TPS by telephone/email using the primary contact details on the customer account. Winners must acknowledge this notification by 17:00 on Monday 9 February 2026, in order to claim the Prize. If a Prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the Winner, another winner will be selected at random from the pool of entries on Tuesday 10 February 2026.

3.4 £10,000 rebate (the Prize) will be paid to the Winner’s associated customer account by Saturday 28 February 2026. Rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account - no cash rebates will be paid.

3.5 Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business' TPS account. Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.

3.6 The representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize may be required to provide documentation to prove their eligibility and that they have the permission of the relevant Qualifying Business to accept the prize. The name of the Winner(s) and the Prize(s) won will (unless the name of the Winner is the name of an individual person and they have objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by TPS before Thursday 30 April 2026.

Prizes

4.1 There is one Prize available to be won in the Prize Draw and there will be one Winner only.

4.2 One Winner will win £10,000 of rebate credited to the associated TPS customer account ("Prize").

4.3 There is no cash or other prize alternative to any Prize, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS' reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.

4.4 All sums payable in relation to the Prize Draw are to be paid in pounds sterling and are exclusive of any value added tax (“VAT”) or any other sales tax or duties (unless otherwise stated), which, where applicable, shall be payable by the customer in addition.

4.5 Qualifying Businesses and the representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize shall be responsible for any tax liabilities which may arise as a result of the receipt, use or distribution of the Prize by or on behalf of the Qualifying Business.

4.6 Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4.7 TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a Winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it shall award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.

Publicity

5.1 Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes including social media posts.

  4. The Giveaway is not open to employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Giveaway.
  5. A TPS customer account number, name and email address is required to enter the Prize Draw.
  6. Acceptance of any prize by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business's anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Giveaway must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a prize, in the event that they are successful.
  7. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Giveaway must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Prize Draw and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable prize. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or prize claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Giveaway.

Entry

  1. Entries will be made once customers complete the TPS 'Tell us what you think' Survey between Tuesday 2 December 2025 and Saturday 31 January 2026, having inputted their customer details for identification.
  2. Multiple entries permitted per Qualifying Business, but not per individual.
  3. If entry into this Giveaway is conditioned on the purchase of any product or the submission of any order and you return the relevant product or cancel the relevant order, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to enter this Giveaway. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entry you have previously made and to forfeit any Prize you may win/have won.
  4. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Giveaway your request should be made in writing to TPS, Yeomans Dr, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN, UK.
  5. TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, lost, delayed, damaged, or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.
  6. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  7. TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. TPS reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

Selection of Winners

  1. All eligible responses will be entered into a random prize draw to win a £500 Onecode One Highstreet voucher that can be redeemed at 250 brands. ("Winner").
  2. There will be 1 winner.
  3. The winner will be contacted by Friday 7 February 2026.
  4. If the winning customers do not redeem, the prize will be re-allocated using the random prize generator.
  5. The representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize may be required to provide documentation to prove their eligibility and that they have the permission of the relevant Qualifying Business to accept the prize.

Prizes

  1. The prize is for 1 winner. The winner will receive a £500 Onecode One Highstreet voucher that can be redeemed at 250 brands.
  2. There is no cash or other prize alternative to any Prize, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS' reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
  3. Qualifying Businesses and the representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize shall be responsible for any tax liabilities which may arise as a result of the receipt, use or distribution of the Prize by or on behalf of the Qualifying Business.
  4. Prizes will be emailed to the winners via the email address linked to their TPS account.
  5. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  6. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a Winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it shall award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.

Publicity

  1. Any winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Giveaway, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Giveaway and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Giveaway, these conditions will take precedence.
  4. TSP accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or to download any materials in connection with the Giveaway.
  5. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Giveaway. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  6. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Giveaway will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of TPS posted at [https://tps.trade/cookies-and-privacy#privacy].

The Giveaway and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.  Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

 

Buy Now, Pay Later - Individual Parts £1,500 or more

‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ when you spend £1,500 or more – Variation Agreement

The following terms and conditions (collectively the ‘Variation Agreement’) vary the terms of the existing Credit Agreement (being the terms and conditions attached to the Credit Account Application Form and printed on the reverse of all invoices) between you and The Trade Parts Specialists (‘TPS’). You should read them carefully before signing.

  1. These ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ (BNPL) terms and conditions only apply to purchases of individual parts with the value of £1,500 or more made between 1st - 31st January 2026 (the ‘BNPL
    Period’) at participating TPS Centres. For the avoidance of doubt the existing Credit Agreement will remain in force throughout the BNPL Period and will apply to all purchases of
    products of services not included in the specific Part Number above.
  2. To qualify for BNPL, you must be a trade customer of a participating TPS Centre with an active credit account in existence before the start of the BNPL Period.
  3. The BNPL offer is only available on orders placed during the BNPL Period and is subject to availability.
  4. Orders must include promoted part numbers and the minimum order is £1,500 (Exc VAT) on one invoice. In the event of multiple items being purchased on a single invoice, the BNPL
    offer only applies to promoted part numbers with an individual value of £1,500 or more and does not apply to any other products or services.
  5. The BNPL offer is subject to the total cost of the individual part with a value of £1,500 or more purchased being paid in full without deduction or set off by the 30th April 2026.
    as per the following terms:
    • Purchases of individual parts with a value of £1,500 or more made between 1st - 31st January 2026 are due for payment on or before 30th April 2026.
  6. Subject to full and final repayments being made in accordance with the Repayment Schedule in Clause 5 above, this BNPL promotion offer is interest free.
  7. Customers wishing to pay in full before the end of the BNPL Period will not be penalised nor will any charges apply for early payment.
  8. Failure to meet repayments will result in interest charges as per Clause 7.3 of the Credit Agreement between the customer and their TPS Centre.
  9. Normal TPS terms and conditions of sale apply, except as varied by this Variation Agreement.
  10. Following the cessation of the BNPL Period AND full and final repayment being received by TPS, the terms of this Variation Agreement will cease and the terms and conditions to the existing Credit Agreement will resume in full.
  11. The promotion is not open to members of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited dealer or authorised repairer network.
  12. Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd, its TPS network, dealer network, authorised repairer network and/or associated companies or their families, and people under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  13. This Variation Agreement varies Clause 7.1 of the Credit Agreement only, and for a limited time as described in paragraph 10 above. No other clause of the Credit Agreement may be deemed to have been varied by this Variation Agreement, either expressly or by implication. All other terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement remain in force throughout the BNPL Period and during the Repayment Schedule.
  14. TPS reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation and to require the immediate full and final repayment of all monies owed to TPS.
