Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to TPS' April Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Water Pumps and Cambelts percentage discount (the "Offer"). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS ("TPS"), whose registered office is at Yeoman's Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. In these Terms "you" means the trader participating in the Offer.

1. The Offer will begin at around 08:00 on Monday 1 April 2026 and close on or around 18:00 on Thursday 30 April 2026 (the "Offer Period").
2. The Offer is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) and purchasing products from us as a business (and not as a consumer) in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale ("Qualifying Business"). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to make purchases and take advantage of the Offer.

4. When you purchase one of the Qualifying Products from a TPS Centre in the United Kingdom during the Offer Period, You will be entitled to the promotional price for the Qualifying Product(s). The price against which the discount is applied shall be TPS' retail price for the Qualifying Product (excluding VAT and delivery), after deduction of any usual trade discount which relates to the purchase of Qualifying Products and which TPS applies (in its discretion) as a result of your spend with TPS.
5. The Offer cannot be redeemed after purchase.
6. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. If you request (and are entitled to) a refund in relation to one or more Qualifying Products purchased as part of the Offer, then please note that you will receive a refund of the price for that Qualifying Product less the discount applied through this Offer.
7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discount vouchers.
8. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
9. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Offer. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
10. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
11. The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

£30 voucher with every £100 spend on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts - Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the TPS Free voucher with Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts promotion (the “Promotion”). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you submit an entry for the promotion.

The promoter of the Promotion is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS ("TPS"), whose registered office is at Yeoman's Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.  In these Terms "you" means the trader participating in the promotion.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

1. The Promotion will begin at around 8:00 on Wednesday 1 April 2026 and close on or around 18:00 on Thursday 30 April 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. The Offer is open to selected businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) ("Qualifying Business"). Qualifying Businesses must be a Core Mechanical or Core Accident customer - TPS National Account customers are not eligible for the Promotion with the exception of selected specialist customers who will receive an email inviting them to take part.
3. To enter the Promotion, customers must order before 18:00 on Thursday 30 April 2026.
4. Customers will receive their vouchers by the end of May 2026. This promotion has been extended for April; any qualifying customers from the period when the offer was live in March will receive their vouchers by the end of April 2026. The total number of vouchers accumulated during March will be reset at the start of April.
5. Employees entering the Promotion on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
6. The Promotion is not open to:

   Employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion;

   and TPS National Accounts.

7. An eligible Core Mechanical, Core Accident or selected specialist customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
8. Acceptance of any voucher by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business's anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Promotion must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a voucher, in the event that they are successful.
9. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Promotion must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Promotion and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable voucher. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or voucher claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.

Entry

1. All eligible customers will receive a digital high street voucher, with the value determined by spend on eligible products.
2. The initial voucher value is £30 when £100 is spent on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts. For every additional £100 spent on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts between Wednesday 1 April and Thursday 30 April 2026, participants will receive an additional value of £30 on the digital high street voucher. 
3. There is no maximum limit on the number or total value of voucher that may be awarded under this promotion.
4. As this Promotion is conditioned on the purchase of Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts, if you return the relevant product or cancel the relevant order, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to enter this Promotion. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entry you have previously made and to forfeit any voucher you may win/have won.
5. The Promotion is available on selected Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts listed under section 'Eligible part numbers' below.
6. Invoices must be processed during the Promotional period.
7. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Promotion your request should be made in writing to the TPS registered office at Yeoman's Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN. 
8. TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, lost, delayed, damaged, or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.
9. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
10. Vouchers will be shared to eligible customers via email to the email address connected to the account number. Vouchers will be sent to all qualifying customers by the end of May 2026.
11. The representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the voucher may be required to provide documentation to prove their eligibility and that they have the permission of the relevant Qualifying Business to accept the voucher.
12. There is no product, cash, or other alternative to any voucher, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS' reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative item of equivalent or greater value.
13.  Any resulting benefit in kind will be paid by TPS.
14. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a voucher where it reasonably suspects that a customer is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. 

General

1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
4. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
5. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.  Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
