TPS Prize Drop - Terms and Conditions

TPS Prize Drop 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to TPS' December Prize Drop Promotion. By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS ("TPS"), whose registered office is at Yeoman's Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. In these Terms "you" means the trader participating in the Promotion.

Eligibility  

  1. The Promotion is open to selected TPS customers operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale ("Qualifying Business"). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to participate.
  2. Employees claiming the prize on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  3. The Promotion is not open to:
    - employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion;
    - non-TPS customers; and
    - TPS Apex & Key accounts.
  4. A customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
  5. Acceptance of any prize by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business's anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Promotion must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a prize, in the event that they are successful.
  6. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Promotion must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Promotion and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable prize. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or prize claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.
  7. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must make a purchase with TPS between Monday 1 December 2025 - Saturday 13 December 2025.
  8. The entry period to drop opens on Tuesday 2 December 2025 at 11:00 and closes at 23:59 on Monday 15 December 2025 (the Promotional Period). 

Entry Instructions 

  1. To enter into the Promotion, customers must make a purchase with TPS between Monday 1 December 2025 - Saturday 13 December 2025.
  2. Entrants will earn 'drops' based on their total daily spend. Multiple transactions will be included in total spend. Purchases made with credit on a TPS account are excluded from participants' overall spend for the day:
    - Entrants will receive 1 drop for a total daily spend between £0.01 - £99.99.
    - Entrants will receive 2 drops for a total daily spend between £100 - £199.99.
    - Entrants will receive 3 drops for a total daily spend of £200 and any amount above.
  3. Entrants can receive 1 additional drop per day by purchasing a Brands at TPS part on one of these invoices.
  4. A maximum of 4 drops per day can be gained.
  5. A maximum of 12 drops can be accumulated at any given time during the promotional period.
  6. All eligible participants will receive an email the following working day after qualifying by meeting one of the above spend/purchase criteria. The email will contain a unique link which enables participants to access the TPS Prize Drop platform. For every day the customer takes part in the promotion, they will receive a new email the following day, but their unique link will stay the same throughout the promotional period.
  7. The link will contain the customer number and Centre number unique to the participant. Once clicked, the participant will be recognised and will be granted access to the site to play and drop the coin.
  8. Prizes will be allocated based on which pot the coin drops in to.
  9. Not all drops will receive a prize. Prizes are allocated randomly.
  10. Drops can be redeemed from 11am daily until Midnight Monday-Friday.
  11. Participants can make qualifying purchases with any TPS Centre during opening hours Monday-Saturday. Participants will be unable to drop the coin for a chance to win on Saturday and Sunday throughout the promotional period. Drops awarded to participants from purchases on Friday and Saturday during the promotional period will be available to claim the following Monday.
  12. Alternatively, participants can enter the promotion with no minimum spend required with TPS, customers must visit https://tps.trade/prize-drop-entry to claim their no minimum spend required drops and fill in the data capture form with all required fields. Dates available to enter for no minimum spend required drops are Tuesday 2 December 2025 – Friday 12 December 2025. Participants are eligible to claim one no minimum spend required drop per day Monday - Friday during this period. No minimum spend is required, but all entries must be submitted by Friday 12 December 11:59pm. Participants will receive an email with the link to claim their drops on Monday 15 December.
  13. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Promotion your request should be made in writing to TPS, you will be able to find the address at:

  1. A total of 1,056 vouchers are available to be won during the promotional period.   
  2. 102 prizes are available to be won each day between Tuesday 2 December - Friday 5 December and Tuesday 9 December - Friday 12 December 2025, which are as follows:

  3. 204 prizes are available to be won on Monday 8 December and Monday 15 December 2025 which are as follows:

    - 2 Škoda Umbrella

  4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternatives are available.
  5. There is no limit on the quantity of prizes each participant is eligible to win throughout the promotional period.

Winner selection  

  1. Prizes will be allocated through the ‘Prize Drop’ mechanic at time of entry on all days excluding Saturday and Sunday during the promotional period.
  2. All prizes are as stipulated.
  3. Prizes are digital voucher codes, Škoda Kodiaq Teddies, Škoda Umbrellas, Škoda Backpacks (Grey), Škoda Mugs, Škoda Phone Stands, Volkswagen GTI Winter Bobble Hats, Volkswagen GTI Rucksacks, Cupra Baseball Caps, Cupra Beanies (Blue), Audi Sport Backpacks, Audi Quattro Umbrellas.
  4. Digital vouchers can be redeemed instantly and are valid for six months from the date of issue.
  5. Merchandise prizes need to be claimed by Wednesday 31 December 2025, a reasonable attempt will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed by this time, it will be voided.
  6. Winners of all merchandise prizes will be contacted by their local TPS Centre within three working days of winning.
  7. Winners of the merchandise prizes will receive their them by 31 January 2026 at the latest. No alternative is available.
  8. The name of the winner(s) and the Prize(s) won will (unless the name of the winner is the name of an individual person and they have objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by TPS before 2 January 2026.

 Publicity

  1. Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it may dispose of the Prize as it sees fit, in its sole discretion.
  4. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
  5. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
  6. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
  7. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  8. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Promotion will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of TPS posted at [https://tps.trade/cookies-and-privacy#privacy].

The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.  Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
