TPS October Offers – Terms and Conditions

Up to 20% off Quantum Vehicle Protection – Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TPS’ October Quantum Vehicle Protection percentage discount (the “Offer“). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS“), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Offer.

  1. The Offer will begin at around 08:00 on Monday 19 October 2026 and close on or around 13:00 on Saturday 24 October 2026 (the “Offer Period“).
  2. The Offer is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) and purchasing products from us as a business (and not as a consumer) in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business“). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to make purchases and take advantage of the Offer.
  3. The Offer is available on the following products (the “Qualifying Products“):

  4. When you purchase one of the Qualifying Products from a TPS Centre in the United Kingdom during the Offer Period, You will be entitled to the promotional price for the Qualifying Product(s). The price against which the discount is applied shall be TPS’ retail price for the Qualifying Product (excluding VAT and delivery), after deduction of any usual trade discount which relates to the purchase of Qualifying Products and which TPS applies (in its discretion) as a result of your spend with TPS.
  5. The Offer cannot be redeemed after purchase.
  6. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. If you request (and are entitled to) a refund in relation to one or more Qualifying Products purchased as part of the Offer, then please note that you will receive a refund of the price for that Qualifying Product less the discount applied through this Offer.
  7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discount vouchers.
  8. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
  9. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Offer. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  10. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
  11. The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Offer and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these conditions will take precedence.
  4. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Offer; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Offer; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Offer or to download any materials in connection with the Offer.

  4. Employees claiming the rebate on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  5. To qualify for the offer, customers must spend £100 or more on purchases of Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts during the offer period. For every full £100 spent on Qualifying Parts during the offer period, customers will receive £30 in rebate.

Entry

  1. For every £100 spent on the Qualifying Product(s) following the application of any other discounts to which you are entitled, through the same TPS customer account number and across any transactions completed in October 2026 (excluding VAT and delivery) (“Qualifying Spend”), you will be entitled to £30 rebate.
  2. September Rebate will be applied to customers’ accounts by Friday 13 November 2026.
  3. The Rebate Offer continues in November and December, Qualifying spend is calculates separately for each calendar month: the spend total resets to zero at 18:00 (UK time) on the last day of each month, and any spend accrued in one month does not carry into the next, whether or not £100 was reached.
  4. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account – no cash rebates will be paid.
  5. Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business’ TPS account. Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.

General

  1. Should the customer wish to know how much they have grown their purchases by, and at if rebate is now qualified for, at any point during the Offer Period, they should contact their local TPS Centre.
  2. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you participate in the Giveaway through purchasing the Qualifying Products during the Promotion Period.

Entry

  1. Customers will be eligible to receive a £5 Love2Shop voucher for every £50 or more (excluding VAT) spent on BOSCH parts from TPS between 08.00 Wednesday 14 October 2026 and 13.00 Saturday 31 October 2026.
  2. The Promotion applies only to purchases of BOSCH parts from the Brands at TPS range (“Qualifying Products”).
  3. Customers will receive one £5 Love2Shop voucher for every £50 (excluding VAT) spent on the Qualifying Products. Spend can be combined across multiple transactions during the Promotion Period.
  4. There is no maximum limit on the number of BOSCH parts purchases per customer.
  5. As this Giveaway is conditioned on customers spending £50 or more on BOSCH parts from TPS, if you return the relevant product or cancel the relevant order, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to receive a £5 Love2Shop voucher. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to forfeit any voucher you may win/have won.
  6. Invoices must be processed during the Giveaway period.
  7. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Giveaway your request should be made in writing to the TPS registered office at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.
  8. TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, lost, delayed, damaged, or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.

Prizes

  1. Each eligible customer will receive a £5 Love2shop voucher for every £50 spent (excluding VAT) on BOSCH parts during the promotional period. (“Prize“)
  2. Vouchers will be digital and will be sent via email to the address associated with the qualifying TPS customer account.
  3. Vouchers will be sent to Qualifying customers within 10 working days of the Promotion Period ending.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  5. There is no maximum number of Prizes per qualifying customer.
  6. There is no product, cash, or other alternative to any voucher, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS’ reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative item of equivalent or greater value.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Brands at TPS rebate on aftermarket parts (the “Promotion”).  By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The Promotion will run from Monday 3 August – Thursday 31 December 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. The Promotion is open to TPS Core Accident and TPS Core Mechanical customers of participating Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited Trade Parts Specialist Centres, (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number and have made at least one purchase from a TPS Centre within the promotion period (“Qualifying Business”). TPS National accounts are excluded from this Promotion.
  3. Employees claiming the rebate on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  4. To qualify for the promotion, customers must purchase aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range. Rebate will begin to be added to customers’ accounts once a minimum of £5  rebate has been earned.
  5. The promotion is not open to:
    1. TPS National Account customers
    2. employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion; and
    3. non-TPS customers.
  6. A customer account with TPS is required to participate in the Promotion.
  7. Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, its Authorised Repairer network, TPS National accounts, non-TPS customers, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and associated companies or their families and anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.

Entry

  1. Eligible customers will be eligible to receive 2% rebate for all purchases of aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range.
  2. No changes to customer account numbers will be permitted during the Promotion.
  3. Eligible customers who spend on aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range from Monday 3 August will be eligible for a 2% rebate on these purchases.
  4. Earned rebates will be paid to the customer in the first week of the following month. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account – no cash rebates will be paid.
  5. If the minimum £5 rebate threshold has not been earned by the end of the Promotional Period, this will not be held as credit and will not be paid to the customer.
  6. Should the customer wish to know how much they have spent on aftermarket parts in the Brands at TPS range at any point during the Promotional Period, they should contact their local TPS Centre.
  7. Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business’ TPS account.  Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.
  8. Qualifying Products include aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range only (“Qualifying Products”). Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Parts, Quantum Consumables, Quantum Oil, Tooling parts are excluded.

General

  1. As per term 3.3.8 of our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, goods which were purchased as part of a Promotion or marketing campaign may not be returned to us for credit.
  2. If any goods purchased during the Promotion are returned after the Promotion, then the amount of rebate paid to the customer will be adjusted accordingly.
  3. No responsibility is accepted for claims or registrations that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules or any other rules associated with this Promotion, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  4. Rebates will only be paid in the event that a participant spends with TPS on aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range, regardless of any other communications regarding the matter.
  5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited will be final in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to Brands at TPS’ £5 rebate Offer (the “Offer”).  By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The Offer commences or around 8:00 on Thursday 1 October and ends on or around 13:00 on Saturday 31 October 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
  2. The Offer is only open to selected customers of participating Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited Trade Parts Specialist Centres, (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number and have never made a purchase of aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range from a TPS Centre. (“Qualifying Business”).
  3. Employees claiming the rebate on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  4. This Offer is only open to selected Core Mechanical and Core Accident customers who have never purchased aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range and who, in their first order during this Promotional Period, spend £20 or more on aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range.
  5. A customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
  6. Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, its Authorised Repairer network, TPS National accounts, non-TPS customers, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and associated companies or their families and anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.

Entry

  1. Eligible customers will be eligible to receive £5 rebate for their first purchase of any aftermarket part from the Brands at TPS range.
  2. No changes to customer account numbers will be permitted during the Promotion.
  3. Eligible customers who spend a minimum of £20 on aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range between Thursday 1 October – Saturday 31 October 2026 will be eligible for £5 rebate on their first purchase within the Offer Period.
  4. To be eligible for the £5 rebate, a Qualifying Customer’s first order of aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range must have a minimum value of £20.
  5. Customers will only be eligible if they have never purchased aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range.
  6. Eligible customers will only receive £5 rebate on their first purchase (of £20 or more) on any part from the Brands at TPS range within the Offer Period.
  7. Earned rebates will be paid to the customer by 18:00 Friday 13 November 2026. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account – no cash rebates will be paid.
  8. There is no minimum rebate threshold that needs to be reached for rebates to be paid into eligible customer’s TPS Credit Accounts.
  9. Should the customer wish to know how much they have spent on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Parts at any point during the Promotional Period, they should contact their local TPS Centre.
  10. Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business’ TPS account.  Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.
  11. Qualifying Products that rebates can be spent on include Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Parts, Quantum Consumables, Quantum Oil, aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range and Tooling parts.

General

  1. As per term 3.3.8 of our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, goods which were purchased as part of a Promotion or marketing campaign may not be returned to us for credit.
  2. If any goods purchased during the Promotion are returned after the Promotion, then the amount of rebate paid to the customer will be adjusted accordingly.
  3. No responsibility is accepted for claims or registrations that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules or any other rules associated with this Promotion, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  4. Rebates will only be paid in the event that a participant spends with TPS on only aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range, regardless of any other communications regarding the matter.
  5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited will be final in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participating customer[s] it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, withdraw or foreclose the Promotion or these terms and conditions of entry at any time in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
  8. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in the rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  9. All sums payable in relation to the Promotion are to be paid in pounds sterling and are exclusive of any value added tax (“VAT”) or any other sales tax or duties (unless otherwise stated), which, where applicable, shall be payable by the customer in addition.
  10. If there is a conflict in these terms and conditions to this Promotion with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these terms and conditions will apply.
