Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TPS’ August Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Maintenance & Repair Parts percentage discount (the “Offer“). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS“), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Offer.

  1. The Offer will begin at around 08:00 on Monday 24 August 2026 and close on or around 18:00 on Saturday 29 August 2026 (the “Offer Period“).

  4. When you purchase one of the Qualifying Products from a TPS Centre in the United Kingdom during the Offer Period, You will be entitled to the promotional price for the Qualifying Product(s). The price against which the discount is applied shall be TPS’ retail price for the Qualifying Product (excluding VAT and delivery), after deduction of any usual trade discount which relates to the purchase of Qualifying Products and which TPS applies (in its discretion) as a result of your spend with TPS.
  5. The Offer cannot be redeemed after purchase.
  6. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. If you request (and are entitled to) a refund in relation to one or more Qualifying Products purchased as part of the Offer, then please note that you will receive a refund of the price for that Qualifying Product less the discount applied through this Offer.
  7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discount vouchers.
  8. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
  9. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Offer. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  10. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
  11. The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

LEMFÖRDER Hotel Voucher Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The Promotion will begin at around 08:00 on Monday 17 August 2026 and close on or around 13:00 on Saturday 12 September 2026.
  2. Any purchases made after 13:00 on Saturday 12 September 2026 will not count as an entry.
  3. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 years and over.
  4. To enter the Prize Draw, customers must spend a minimum of £100 on LEMFÖRDER Steering and Suspension parts, between Monday 17 August and Saturday 12 September 2026.
  5. Every £100 spent will act as an entry into the Prize Draw.
  6. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw.
  7. A customer account with TPS is required to enter the Prize Draw.
  8. Acceptance of any prize by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business’s anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Prize Draw must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a prize, in the event that they are successful.
  9. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Prize Draw must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Prize Draw and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable prize. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or prize claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Prize Draw.

Entry

  1. Entries will be made every time a customers spends £100 on LEMFÖRDER Steering and Suspension parts within the promotional period.
  2. Any purchases made after 13:00 on Saturday 12 September 2026 will not count as an entry into the Prize Draw.
  3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  4. If entry into this Prize Draw is conditioned on the purchase of any product or the submission of any order and you return the relevant product or cancel the relevant order, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entry you have previously made and to forfeit any Prize you may win/have won.
  5. Multiple entries per customer are permitted.
  6. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw your request should be made in writing to TPS Yeomans Dr, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.
  7. TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed, damaged or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.
  8. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  9. TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. TPS reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

Selection of winners

  1. There will be one winner (Winner).
  2. The Winner will be selected by way of a random draw from all qualifying entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process and will take place on or around Monday 14 September 2026.
  3. The Winner will be notified via the email address that is associated to their TPS Customer Account. The Winner must acknowledge this notification within 7 working days, in order to claim the Prize. If a Prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the Winner, TPS will be entitled to re-allocate a new Winner of the Prize as it sees fit without any liability to the Winner for having done so.
  4. The Winner will be sent their voucher by post within 30 days of the Winner responding to the email and accepting their prize.

Prizes

  1. The Winner will receive one £500 Hotels.com voucher (“Prize“):
  2. There is no cash or other prize alternative to any Prize, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS’ reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
  3. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  4. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a Winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it shall award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.

Publicity

  1. The Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Prize Draw, these conditions will take precedence.
  4. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Prize Draw; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Prize Draw; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Prize Draw or to download any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
  5. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Prize Draw. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.

  7. The Prize Draw and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

  4. Employees claiming the rebate on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  5. To qualify for the offer, customers must spend £100 or more on purchases of Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts during the offer period. For every full £100 spent on Qualifying Parts during the offer period, customers will receive £30 in rebate.

Entry

  1. For every £100 spent on the Qualifying Product(s) following the application of any other discounts to which you are entitled, through the same TPS customer account number and across any transactions completed in August 2026 (excluding VAT and delivery) (“Qualifying Spend”), you will be entitled to £30 rebate.
  2. Rebate will be applied to customers’ accounts by Monday 14 September 2026.
  3. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account – no cash rebates will be paid.
  4. Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business’ TPS account. Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.

General

  1. Should the customer wish to know how much they have grown their purchases by, and at if rebate is now qualifed for, at any point during the Offer Period, they should contact their local TPS Centre.
  2. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. If you request (and are entitled to) a refund in relation to one or more Qualifying Products purchased as part of the Offer, then please note that we reserve the right (at our discretion) to either:
    charge (or deduct from any sums due) to the Qualifying Business the balance of the purchase price which would have been due for the Qualifying Products retained by the Qualifying Business, had the returned product not been purchased (e.g. if, but for such returned Qualifying Product, the Qualifying Business would not have been entitled to a saving or would have been entitled to a reduced saving through the Offer); or treat the saving applied through the Offer as a discount applied equally across all Qualifying Products which the Qualifying Business purchased through the Offer and refund only the price which the Qualifying Business would have paid for the Qualifying Products returned (had the Offer not been available), less such discount.
  3. If any goods purchased during the offer are returned after the offer, which in turn brings the customer below a certain £100 spend threshold, then the amount of rebate paid to the customer will be adjusted accordingly.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Brands at TPS rebate on aftermarket parts (the “Promotion”).  By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The Promotion will run from Monday 3 August – Thursday 31 December 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. The Promotion is open to TPS Core Accident and TPS Core Mechanical customers of participating Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited Trade Parts Specialist Centres, (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number and have made at least one purchase from a TPS Centre within the promotion period (“Qualifying Business”). TPS National accounts are excluded from this Promotion.
  3. Employees claiming the rebate on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  4. To qualify for the promotion, customers must purchase aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range. Rebate will begin to be added to customers’ accounts once a minimum of £5  rebate has been earned.
  5. The promotion is not open to:
    1. TPS National Account customers
    2. employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion; and
    3. non-TPS customers.
  6. A customer account with TPS is required to participate in the Promotion.
  7. Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, its Authorised Repairer network, TPS National accounts, non-TPS customers, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and associated companies or their families and anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.

Entry

  1. Eligible customers will be eligible to receive 2% rebate for all purchases of aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range.
  2. No changes to customer account numbers will be permitted during the Promotion.
  3. Eligible customers who spend on aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range from Monday 3 August will be eligible for a 2% rebate on these purchases.
  4. Earned rebates will be paid to the customer in the first week of the following month. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account – no cash rebates will be paid.
  5. If the minimum £5 rebate threshold has not been earned by the end of the Promotional Period, this will not be held as credit and will not be paid to the customer.
  6. Should the customer wish to know how much they have spent on aftermarket parts in the Brands at TPS range at any point during the Promotional Period, they should contact their local TPS Centre.
  7. Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business’ TPS account.  Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.
  8. Qualifying Products include aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range only (“Qualifying Products”). Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Parts, Quantum Consumables, Quantum Oil, Tooling parts are excluded.

General

  1. As per term 3.3.8 of our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, goods which were purchased as part of a Promotion or marketing campaign may not be returned to us for credit.
  2. If any goods purchased during the Promotion are returned after the Promotion, then the amount of rebate paid to the customer will be adjusted accordingly.
  3. No responsibility is accepted for claims or registrations that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules or any other rules associated with this Promotion, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  4. Rebates will only be paid in the event that a participant spends with TPS on aftermarket parts from the Brands at TPS range, regardless of any other communications regarding the matter.
  5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited will be final in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participating customer[s] it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The following terms and conditions (collectively the ‘Variation Agreement’) vary the terms of the existing Credit Agreement (being the terms and conditions attached to the Credit Account Application Form and printed on the reverse of all invoices) between you and The Trade Parts Specialists (‘TPS’). You should read them carefully before signing.

  1. These ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ (BNPL) terms and conditions only apply to purchases of 208L barrels of Quantum Premium Oil (Part numbers: ZGB115QLB01455, ZGB115QLB01503, ZGB115QLB01523, ZGB115QLB01623, ZGB115QLB01723, ZGB115QLB01823, ZGB115QLB01923, ZGB115QLB02023, ZGB115QLB02133, ZGB115QLB02233, ZGB115QLB02503, ZGB115QLB02403, ZGB115QLB02603, ZGB115QLB02703, ZGB115QLB02923, ZGB115QLB03045, ZGB115QLB03028 ) made between Saturday 1 August – Monday 31 August 2026 at participating TPS Centres. For the avoidance of doubt the existing Credit Agreement will remain in force throughout the BNPL Period and will apply to all purchases of products of services not included in the specific Part Number above.
  2. To qualify for BNPL on 208 Litre barrels of Quantum Premium Oil, you must be a trade customer of a participating TPS Centre with an active credit account in existence before the start of the BNPL Period.
  3. The BNPL offer is only available on orders placed during the BNPL Period and is subject to availability.
  4. Orders must include promoted part numbers and the minimum order is £1,100 (Exc VAT) on one invoice of Quantum Premium Oil barrels.     • Purchases of 208 Litre Quantum Premium Oil barrels made between Saturday 1 August – Monday 31 August 2026 are due for payment on or before Monday 30 November 2026.
  6. Subject to full and final repayments being made in accordance with the Repayment Schedule in Clause 5 above, this BNPL promotion offer is interest free.
  7. Customers wishing to pay in full before the end of the BNPL Period will not be penalised nor will any charges apply for early payment.
  8. Failure to meet repayments will result in interest charges as per Clause 7.3 of the Credit Agreement between the customer and their TPS Centre.
  9. Normal TPS terms and conditions of sale apply, except as varied by this Variation Agreement.
  10. Following the cessation of the BNPL Period AND full and final repayment being received by TPS, the terms of this Variation Agreement will cease and the terms and conditions to the existing Credit Agreement will resume in full.
  11. The promotion is not open to members of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited dealer or authorised repairer network.
  12. Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Ltd, its TPS network, dealer network, authorised repairer network and/or associated companies or their families, and people under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  13. This Variation Agreement varies Clause 7.1 of the Credit Agreement only, and for a limited time as described in paragraph 10 above. No other clause of the Credit Agreement may be deemed to have been varied by this Variation Agreement, either expressly or by implication. All other terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement remain in force throughout the BNPL Period and during the Repayment Schedule.
  14. TPS reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation and to require the immediate full and final repayment of all monies owed to TPS.
