5% Rebate on BOSCH and TRW Brake Pads and Discs – Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS”), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Offer.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the TPS May 5% rebate on all purchases of BOSCH and TRW Brake Pads and Discs offer (the “Offer”). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  1. The Promotion commences on Friday 1 May and ends on Saturday 30 May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). 
  2. The Promotion is only open to TPS customers. 
  3. Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, its Authorised Repairer network, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and associated companies or their families and anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.

  5. All Qualifying Products are subject to availability. The sale of Qualifying Products is subject to our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale.
  6. When you purchase the following Qualifying Product(s): BOSCH Brake Pads, BOSCH Brake Discs, TRW Brake Pads or TRW Brake Discs, you will be entitled to 5% rebate on the total number of invoices at the end of the promotion period. 
  7. Earned rebates will be paid to the customer in the first week of the following month. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account – no cash rebates will be paid.
  8. Earned rebate values below £5.00 will be rounded up to £5.00 in order to be paid following the closure of the campaign.
  9. Invoice value back will be awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business’ TPS account.  This credit can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Credit shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.  

General

  1. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. If you request (and are entitled to) a refund in relation to one or more Qualifying Products purchased as part of the Offer, then please note that you will receive a refund of the price for that Qualifying Product less the discount applied through this Offer
  2. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discount vouchers.
  3. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
  4. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Offer. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  5. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
  6. The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
