Free BOSCH IXO Screwdriver when you spend £250 or more on BOSCH parts – Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TPS’s Free BOSCH IXO screwdriver when you spend £250 or more on BOSCH parts promotion (the “Promotion“). By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS“), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Promotion.

  1. The Promotion will begin at around 08:00 on Friday 1 May 2026 and close on or around 13:00 Saturday 30 May 2026 (the “Offer Period“).
  2. The Promotion is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) and purchasing products from us as a business (and not as a consumer) in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business“). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to make purchases and take advantage of the Promotion.

  4. When you spend £250 or more on selected parts from BOSCH at a TPS Centre in the United Kingdom during the Promotion Period, you will be entitled to receive a free BOSCH IXO screwdriver as stated in the accompanying ‘Free Product details‘. The free product will be provided in accordance with the terms of the Promotion and is subject to availability. No cash or alternative will be offered in place of the free product. Usual trade discounts do not apply to the free product element of this Promotion, and the Promotion is valid only for purchases made within the stated period and on selected part numbers.
  5. The Promotion cannot be redeemed after purchase.
  6. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Promotion may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. 
  7. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Promotion and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
  8. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  9. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.
  10. The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

    Free Product details:

  11. Each customer number will be entitled to one free BOSCH IXO screwdriver when £250 or more is spent on selected BOSCH parts during the Promotion period.
  12. The prize will be distributed to recipients week commencing Monday 1 June 2026. They will be sent to the postal address asscociated with the recipients’ TPS customer account number.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
  4. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
  5. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  6. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Promotion will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of TPS posted at https://tps.trade/cookies-and-privacy#privacy.
  7. The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
