Rebate Reward - Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS ("TPS"), whose registered office is at Yeoman's Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN. In these Terms "you" means the trader participating in the Promotion.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to TPS Rebate Reward Programme (the "Promotion"). By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Opening and closing dates, eligibility
- The Promotion will run from the first working day of each calendar month (with Saturdays counted as working days) until the final working day of that month (with Saturdays counted as working days) (the “Promotional Period”).
- The Promotion is only open to specifically selected customers of participating Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited Trade Parts Specialist Centres, (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number, have made at least one purchase from a TPS Centre within the promotion period ("Qualifying Business"). TPS National accounts are excluded from this Promotion.
- Employees claiming the rebate on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
- To qualify for the promotion, mechanical customers must meet a minimum £5 daily sales rate target, accident customers must meet a minimum £10 daily sales rate target.
- The promotion is not open to:
- employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Giveaway; and
- non-TPS customers.
- A customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
- Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, its Authorised Repairer network, TPS National accounts, non-TPS customers, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and associated companies or their families and anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.
Entry
- Each eligible customer will be set three Base Targets by the Promoter for the Promotional Period.
- Targets will be emailed to all eligible customers who are opted-in to receive marketing communications from TPS. Eligible customers who wish to receive a reminder of their targets, or who are not opted-in to receive marketing communications should contact their local TPS Centre.
- All Base Targets relate to the individual account number recorded on the customer account. No changes to this customer account number will be permitted during the Promotion.
- Customers Trading with TPS in 2024: For customers that traded for 3 months or more in 2024, the customer eligibility will be calculated against the customers total spend in 2024 divided by the total working days in 2024.
- New TPS Customers in 2025: For customers that have started trading in 2025, the eligibility will be calculated against their year to date spend, divided by working days past in the year – this is reviewed on a quarterly basis. Customers opening a new account with TPS will be eligible for the Promotion in the following quarter.
- For any spend on Qualifying Products over the customer target, each participating customer is eligible to receive a rebate on this spend. The percentage of rebate awarded will be relative to the spend target achieved as per the customer email. Spend is qualified as the amount spent with TPS in that month less any credits applied to the account during the qualifying period regardless of when the credited part was purchased.
- Earned rebates will be paid to the customer in the first week of the following month. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account - no cash rebates will be paid.
- Should the customer wish to know how much they have grown their purchases by, and at which level of rebate they now qualify for, at any point during the Promotional Period, they should contact their local TPS Centre.
- Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business' TPS account. Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.
- Qualifying Products include Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Parts only (“Qualifying Products”). Quantum Consumables, Quantum Oil, Tooling and Brands At TPS parts are excluded.
- Earned rebate values below £5.00 will be rounded up to £5.00 in order to be paid following the closure of the campaign.
General
- As per term 3.3.8 of our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, goods which were purchased as part of a Promotion or marketing campaign may not be returned to us for credit.
- If any goods purchased during the Promotion are returned after the Promotion, which in turn brings the customer below their original Base Target achievement, then the amount of rebate paid to the customer will be adjusted accordingly.
- No responsibility is accepted for claims or registrations that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules or any other rules associated with this Promotion, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
- Rebates will only be paid in the event that a participant hits their spend target, regardless of any other communications regarding the matter.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participating customer[s] it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, withdraw or foreclose the Promotion or these terms and conditions of entry at any time in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in the rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
- All sums payable in relation to the Promotion are to be paid in pounds sterling and are exclusive of any value added tax (“VAT”) or any other sales tax or duties (unless otherwise stated), which, where applicable, shall be payable by the customer in addition.
- If there is a conflict in these terms and conditions to this Promotion with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these terms and conditions will apply.
