BOSCH Love2Shop Voucher Giveaway

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Brands at TPS Love2shop voucher giveaway (the “Giveaway”). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you participate in the Giveaway through purchasing the Qualifying Products during the Promotion Period.

The promoter of the Prize Draw is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS”), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.  In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Prize Draw.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The Giveaway will begin at around 8:00 on Wednesday 14 October 2026 and close on or around 13:00 on Saturday 31 October 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All qualifying purchases must be made during the Promotion Period.
  2. The Giveaway is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) and purchasing products from us as a business (and not as a consumer) in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business”). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to make purchases and take advantage of the Giveaway.
  3. Employees taking part in the Giveaway on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  4. The Giveaway is not open to:
    Employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion
  5. Acceptance of any voucher by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business’s anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Giveaway must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a voucher.
  6. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Giveaway must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Giveaway and TPS will forfeit any applicable voucher. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify voucher claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Giveaway.

Entry

  1. Customers will be eligible to receive a £5 Love2Shop voucher for every £50 or more (excluding VAT) spent on BOSCH parts from TPS between 08.00 Wednesday 14 October 2026 and 13.00 Saturday 31 October 2026.
  2. The Promotion applies only to purchases of BOSCH parts from the Brands at TPS range (“Qualifying Products”).
  3. Customers will receive one £5 Love2Shop voucher for every £50 (excluding VAT) spent on the Qualifying Products. Spend can be combined across multiple transactions during the Promotion Period.
  4. There is no maximum limit on the number of BOSCH parts purchases per customer.
  5. As this Giveaway is conditioned on customers spending £50 or more on BOSCH parts from TPS, if you return the relevant product or cancel the relevant order, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to receive a £5 Love2Shop voucher. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to forfeit any voucher you may win/have won.
  6. Invoices must be processed during the Giveaway period.
  7. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Giveaway your request should be made in writing to the TPS registered office at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.
  8. TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, lost, delayed, damaged, or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.
  9. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.

Prizes

  1. Each eligible customer will receive a £5 Love2shop voucher for every £50 spent (excluding VAT) on BOSCH parts during the promotional period. (“Prize“)
  2. Vouchers will be digital and will be sent via email to the address associated with the qualifying TPS customer account.
  3. Vouchers will be sent to Qualifying customers within 10 working days of the Promotion Period ending.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  5. There is no maximum number of Prizes per qualifying customer.
  6. There is no product, cash, or other alternative to any voucher, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS’ reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative item of equivalent or greater value.
  7. Each eligible customer will be notified by email using the contact details connected to the TPS customer account number that made the eligible purchase.
  8. Qualifying Businesses and the representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize shall be responsible for any tax liabilities which may arise as a result of the receipt, use or distribution of the Prize by or on behalf of the Qualifying Business.
  9. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a Winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms.

Publicity

  1. Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Giveaway, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.
  2. TPS reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the Winner in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions and/or Giveaways.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Giveaway and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Giveaway, these conditions will take precedence.
  4. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or to download any materials in connection with the Giveaway.
  5. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Giveaway. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  6. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Giveaway will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of TPS posted at [https://tps.trade/cookies-and-privacy#privacy].

The Giveaway and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.  Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
