TPS March 2026 Offers – Terms and Conditions

Free voucher with Genuine Braking Parts – Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the TPS Free voucher with Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts promotion (the “Promotion”). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you submit an entry for the promotion.

The promoter of the Promotion is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS”), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN.  In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the promotion.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The Promotion will begin at around 8:00 on Monday 9 March 2026 and close on or around 18:00 on Tuesday 31 March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. The Offer is open to selected businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) (“Qualifying Business“). Qualifying Businesses must be a Core Mechanical or Core Accident customer – TPS National Account customers are not eligible for the Promotion with the exception of selected specialist customers who will receive an email inviting them to take part.
  3. To enter the Promotion, customers must order before 18:00 on Tuesday 31 March 2026.
  4. Employees entering the Promotion on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  5. The Promotion is not open to:
    Employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion;
    and TPS National Accounts.
  6. An eligible Core Mechanical, Core Accident or selected specialist customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
  7. Acceptance of any voucher by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business’s anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Promotion must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a voucher, in the event that they are successful.
  8. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Promotion must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Promotion and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable voucher. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or voucher claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.

Entry

  1. All eligible customers will receive a digital high street voucher, with the value determined by spend on eligible products.
  2. The initial voucher value is £30 when £100 is spent on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts. For every additional £100 spent on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts between Monday 9 March and Tuesday 31 March 2026, participants will receive an additional value of £30 on the digital high street voucher. 
  3. There is no maximum limit on the number or total value of voucher that may be awarded under this promotion.
  4. As this Promotion is conditioned on the purchase of Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts, if you return the relevant product or cancel the relevant order, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to enter this Promotion. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entry you have previously made and to forfeit any voucher you may win/have won.
  5. The Promotion is available on selected Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Braking Parts listed under section ‘Eligible part numbers’ below.
  6. Invoices must be processed during the Promotional period.
  7. If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Promotion your request should be made in writing to the TPS registered office at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN. 
  8. TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, lost, delayed, damaged, or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.
  9. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  10. Vouchers will be shared to eligible customers via email to the email address connected to the account number. Vouchers will be sent to all qualifying customers by the end of April 2026.
  11. The representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the voucher may be required to provide documentation to prove their eligibility and that they have the permission of the relevant Qualifying Business to accept the voucher.
  12. There is no product, cash, or other alternative to any voucher, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS’ reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative item of equivalent or greater value.
  13.  Any resulting benefit in kind will be paid by TPS.
  14. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a voucher where it reasonably suspects that a customer is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. 

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
  4. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
  5. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  6. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Promotion will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of TPS posted at [https://tps.trade/cookies-and-privacy#privacy].

The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.  Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

March Spin to Win with TPS 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TPS’ March Spin to Win promotion. By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS”), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Offer.

Eligibility  

  1. The promotion is open to Core Mechanical and Core Accident TPS customers operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business”). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to participate.
  2. Employees claiming the prize on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  3. The giveaway is not open to:
    – employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion;
    – non-TPS customers; and
    – TPS National accounts.
  4. A Core Mechanical or Core Accident customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
  5. Acceptance of any prize by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business’s anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Giveaway must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a prize, in the event that they are successful.
  6. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Giveaway must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Giveaway and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable prize. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or prize claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Giveaway.
  7. The entry period to spin opens on Tuesday 3 March 2026 at 11:00 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 3 April 2026 (the Promotional Period). 
  8. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must purchase any part from TPS between Monday 2 March – Tuesday 31 March 2026.

Entry Instructions 

  1. To enter into the Promotion, customers must make a purchase with TPS between Monday 2 March – Tuesday 31 March 2026.
  2. Entrants will earn ‘spins’ based on their total daily spend. Multiple transactions will be included in total spend. Purchases made with credit on a TPS account are excluded from participants overall spend for the day:
    – Entrants will receive 1 spin for a total daily spend between £0.01 – £99.99.
    – Entrants will receive 2 spins for a total daily spend between £100 – £199.99.
    – Entrants will receive 3 spins for a total daily spend of £200 and any amount above.
  3. A maximum of 3 spins per day can be gained.
  4. A maximum of 12 spins can be accumulated at any given time during the promotional period.
  5. All eligible participants will receive an email the following working day after qualifying by meeting one of the above spend/purchase criteria. The email will contain a unique link which enables participants to access the Spin to Win platform. For every day the customer takes part in the promotion, they will receive a new email the following day, but their unique link will stay the same throughout the promotional period.
  6. The link will contain the customer number and Centre number unique to the participant. Once clicked, the participant will be recognised and will be granted access to the site to play and spin the wheel.
  7. Prizes will be allocated based on which segment the wheel lands on.
  8. Not all spins will receive a prize. Prizes are allocated randomly. All prizes available throughout the promotion will be shown on the wheel.
  9. Spins can be redeemed from 11am daily until Midnight Monday-Friday.
  10. Participants can make qualifying purchases with any TPS Centre during opening hours Monday-Saturday. Participants will be unable to ‘Spin to Win’ on the wheel on Saturday and Sunday throughout the promotional period. Spins awarded to participants from purchases on Friday and Saturday during the promotional period will be available to claim the following Monday.
  11. Alternatively, participants can enter the promotion with no minimum spend required with TPS, customers must visit https://tps.trade/spin-to-win-entry to claim their no minimum spend required spins and fill in the data capture form with all required fields. Dates available to enter for no minimum spend required spins are Tuesday 3 March – Tuesday 31 March 2026. Participants are eligible to claim one no minimum spend required spin per day Monday – Friday during this period. No minimum spend required but all entries need to be submitted by Tuesday 31 March 2026 11:59pm. Participants will receive an email with the link to claim their spins on Wednesday 1 April 2026.

  1. If CUPRA or Volkswagen Group merchandise prizes are won, fulfilment and delivery will be arranged by the winner’s local TPS centre.
  2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternatives are available.
  3. There is no limit on the quantity of prizes each participant is eligible to win throughout the promotional period.
  4. If any prizes are unclaimed on a particular day, those prizes then form part of the next working day’s prizes draw, increasing the total amount of prizes.
  5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternatives are available.
  6. There is no limit on the quantity of vouchers each participant is eligible to win throughout the promotional period.
  7. Starbucks vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers in Channel Islands. Where a Starbucks voucher is won by a customer in Channel islands, this can be replaced by an equitable Greggs voucher. Please contact tpsmarketingsupport@vwg.co.uk who will organise a replacement voucher for you in this instance. 

Winner selection  

  1. Prizes will be allocated through the ‘Super Spin’ mechanic at time of entry on all days excluding Saturday and Sunday during the promotional period.
  2. All prizes are as stipulated.
  3. Prizes are digital voucher codes, CUPRA sunglasses, CUPRA dry bags, Volkswagen mugs, Volkswagen keyrings, Volkswagen gymbags and Sköda gloves.
  4. Digital vouchers can be redeemed instantly and are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
  5. Winners of the CUPRA, Volkswagen and Sköda merchadise will be contacted by their local TPS Centre within two working days. 
  6. The name of the winner(s) and the Prize(s) won will (unless the name of the winner is the name of an individual person and they have objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by TPS before 1 August 2026.

 Publicity

  1. Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize draw and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it may dispose of the Prize as it sees fit, in its sole discretion.
  4. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
  5. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Prize draw, these conditions will take precedence.
  6. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Prize draw; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Prize draw; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Prize draw or to download any materials in connection with the Prize draw.
  7. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Prize draw. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.

  1. When you purchase one of the Qualifying Products from a TPS Centre in the United Kingdom during the Offer Period, You will be entitled to the promotional price for the Qualifying Product(s). Opening and closing dates, eligibility

Entry

  1. Entries must be made by purchasing an eligible Mahle Filter between 08.00 Monday 16 March 2026 and 13.00 Saturday 21 March 2026 to be entered into the Prize Draw for the chance to win one of five £100 Love2shop vouchers.
  2. The Prize Draw is available on selected Mahle Filters listed under section ‘Eligible part numbers’ below.
  3. Each purchase of a Mahle Filter will be counted as one entry into the Prize Draw.
  4. There is no maximum limit on the number of Mahle Filter purchases.
  5. As this Prize Draw is conditioned on the purchase of a Mahle Filter, if you return the relevant product or cancel the relevant order, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entry you have previously made and to forfeit any voucher you may win/have won.
  6. Invoices must be processed during the Prize Draw period.

Selection of Winners

  1. Five winners will be drawn at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period (“Winner(s)“).
  2. The Winners will be selected on or around 23 March 2026.
  3. There is a maximum of one Prize per person. In the event that there is more than one Prize and the same entrant’s name is drawn for a second or subsequent Prize, another entrant will be drawn at random until a different entrant is chosen.
  4. Each Winner will be notified by email using the contact details connected to the account number that made the eligible purchase. Winners must acknowledge this notification within 7 days, in order to claim the Prize. If a Prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the Winner, TPS will be entitled to dispose of the Prize as it sees fit without any liability to the Winner for having done so.
  5. The representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize may be required to provide documentation to prove their eligibility and that they have the permission of the relevant Qualifying Business to accept the prize.

Prizes

  1. Each Winner will win one Love2shop voucher to the value of £100 (“Prize“).
  2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  3. There is no product, cash, or other alternative to any voucher, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS’ reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative item of equivalent or greater value.
  4. Qualifying Businesses and the representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize shall be responsible for any tax liabilities which may arise as a result of the receipt, use or distribution of the Prize by or on behalf of the Qualifying Business.
  5. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a Winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it shall award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.

  7. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Offer. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  8. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
