Free sweatshirt when you spend £200 or more on ZF parts – Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TPS’s Free sweatshirt when you spend £200 or more on ZF parts promotion (the “Promotion“). By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS“), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Promotion.

  1. The Promotion will begin at around 08:00 on Wednesday 1 April 2026 and close on or around 18:00 Thursday 30 April 2026 (the “Offer Period“).
  2. The Promotion is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) and purchasing products from us as a business (and not as a consumer) in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business“). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to make purchases and take advantage of the Promotion.

  4. When you spend £200 or more on selected parts from SACHS, LEMFÖRDER and TRW at a TPS Centre in the United Kingdom during the Promotion Period, you will be entitled to receive a free branded ZF/TPS sweatshirt as stated in the accompanying ‘Free Product details‘. The free product will be provided in accordance with the terms of the Promotion and is subject to availability. No cash or alternative will be offered in place of the free product. Usual trade discounts do not apply to the free product element of this Promotion, and the Promotion is valid only for purchases made within the stated period and on selected part numbers.
  5. The Promotion cannot be redeemed after purchase.
  6. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Promotion may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. 
  7. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Promotion and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
  8. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  9. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.
  10. The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

    Free Product details:

  11. Each customer number will be entitled to one free ZF/TPS branded sweatshirt when £200 or more is spent on SACHS, LEMFÖRDER and TRW parts during the Promotion period.
  12. Recipients will be contacted by Wednesday 6th May 2026 to provide sweatshirt size details. Once size details have been recieved, the sweatshirt will be shipped to the winner within 7-10 working days.
  13. To claim your free sweatshirt, you must complete the online redemption form in full, providing your valid TPS customer number and your preferred sweatshirt size. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
  14. The redemption form must be submitted by Friday 8 May 2026. Forms received after this date will not be eligible and no sweatshirt will be dispatched.
  15. Only one sweatshirt redemption is permitted per qualifying TPS customer number, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period. Duplicate submissions using the same TPS customer number will be disregarded.
  16. Only valid, qualifying TPS customer numbers that have met the Promotion spend threshold will be eligible to receive a free sweatshirt. Submissions made with an invalid, non-qualifying, or missing TPS customer number will not be processed and no sweatshirt will be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct TPS customer number is entered on the redemption form.
  17. Sweatshirts are subject to availability. In the event that your selected size is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, TPS will contact you using the details provided on the redemption form to offer the nearest available alternative size. If no alternative is acceptable or no response is received within 5 working days of being contacted, TPS reserves the right to fulfil your order in the closest available size or, where no suitable alternative exists, to confirm that fulfilment cannot be completed. No cash alternative will be offered.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
  4. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
  5. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion.   6. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Promotion will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of TPS posted at https://tps.trade/cookies-and-privacy#privacy.
