Becoming a TPS customer couldn’t be simpler.
Follow the three steps below and your local TPS team
will guide you through the process.

Step 1 Find your local TPS Centre

To make sure we can give you the best possible service we allocate you to a TPS Centre depending on where your business is, you can find which Centre that is by using the Centre Finder below.

Once you’ve found your Centre, give them a call to get started.

Your local Centre will:
Confirm your trade eligibility
Set up your account
Be your main point of contact going forward

Step 2 Have a few details to hand when you call the Centre

To speed things up, please have the following to hand when you call.

Your business details:
Company name & registration number
Trading address & email
VAT number (if applicable)

Proof of business activity, examples include: Receipts or invoices, trade references from other suppliers, business bank account details, marketing materials (flyers, websites, and social media), and business insurance documents.

For sole traders you will need: UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) or HMRC registration confirmation.

Step 3 Short ‘welcome aboard’ conversation

This helps us tailor the right service, products and support for you.

What proportion of vehicles you work on are Volkswagen Group
How many ramps and technicians you have
Where you currently source parts and consumables
