Rebate on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Suspension Parts – Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS”), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Promotion.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TPS May Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Suspension offer (the “Promotion”).  By participating in or redeeming the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The Promotion will run between Friday 1 May – Saturday 30 May 2026. (the “Promotional Period”).
  2. The Promotion is only open to specifically selected customers of participating Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited Trade Parts Specialist Centres, (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number, have made at least one purchase from a TPS Centre within the promotion period (“Qualifying Business”).
  3. Employees claiming the rebate on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  4. To qualify for the promotion, customers must purchase Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Suspension Parts from TPS during the promotional period.
  5. The Promotion is not open to:
    1. employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion; and
    2. non-TPS customers.
  6. A customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
  7. Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, its Authorised Repairer network, TPS National accounts, non-TPS customers, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and associated companies or their families and anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.

Entry

  1. To qualify for a rebate, each participating customer must achieve a minimum spend of £200 on Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Suspension Parts during the Promotional Period (the “Minimum Spend Threshold”).
  2. Upon reaching the Minimum Spend Threshold, customers will receive a rebate of £50. For every additional £100 spent on qualifying Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Suspension Parts beyond the initial £200, customers will receive a further £25 rebate. The rebate structure is as follows:
    Total Qualifying Spend Total Rebate Earned
    £200 £50
    £300 £75
    £400 £100
    £500 £125
    And so on… +£25 per additional £100 spent
  3. No rebate will be awarded to customers who do not reach the £200 Minimum Spend Threshold during the Promotional Period.
  4. Earned rebates will be paid to the customer in the first week of the following month. Earned rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account (“Credit”). Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account – no cash rebates will be paid.
  5. Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within twelve (12) months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business’ TPS account.  Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the twelve (12) month period.

General

  1. As per term 3.3.8 of our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, goods which were purchased as part of a Promotion or marketing campaign may not be returned to us for credit.
  2. If any goods purchased during the Promotion are returned after the Promotion, which in turn brings the customer below qualifying spend tier, then the amount of rebate paid to the customer will be adjusted accordingly.
  3. No responsibility is accepted for claims or registrations that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules or any other rules associated with this Promotion, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  4. Rebates will only be paid in the event that a participant reached the Minimum Spend Threshold, regardless of any other communications regarding the matter.
  5. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited will be final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participating customer[s] it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, withdraw or foreclose the Promotion or these terms and conditions of entry at any time in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
  8. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in the rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  9. All sums payable in relation to the Promotion are to be paid in pounds sterling and are exclusive of any value added tax (“VAT”) or any other sales tax or duties (unless otherwise stated), which, where applicable, shall be payable by the customer in addition.
  10. If there is a conflict in these terms and conditions to this Promotion with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these terms and conditions will apply.
