Free Audi drinks cup with Volkswagen Group Approved Genuine Filters – Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.  These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TPS’s Audi drinks cup with Genuine Filters offer (the “Offer“). By participating in or redeeming the Offer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The promoter is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS“), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes, MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Offer.

1. The Offer will begin at around 08:00 on Monday 13 July 2026 and close on or around 13:00 on Saturday 25 July 2026 (the “Offer Period“).
2. The Offer is open to all businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) and purchasing products from us as a business (and not as a consumer) in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business“). 5. When you purchase three of the Qualifying Products on a single invoice at a TPS Centre in the United Kingdom during the Offer Period, you will be entitled to receive one free product as stated in the accompanying offer details. Only one Audi drinks cup is permitted per qualifying TPS customer number, regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases made during the Promotion Period. The free product will be provided in accordance with the terms of the promotion and is subject to availability. No cash or alternative will be offered in place of the free product. Usual trade discounts do not apply to the free product element of this offer, and the offer is valid only for purchases made within the stated period and on selected part numbers.
6. The Offer cannot be redeemed after purchase and is available whilst stocks last.
7. Qualifying Products which are purchased as part of the Offer may only be returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale available at https://tps.trade/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. If you request (and are entitled to) a refund in relation to one or more Qualifying Products purchased as part of the Offer, then please note that you will receive a refund of the price for that Qualifying Product less the discount applied through this Offer.
8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discount vouchers.
9. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone, vary or cancel the Offer and/or to amend, vary or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to the extent it considers it necessary to do so.
10. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Offer. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
11. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Offer, these Terms will take precedence.
12. The Offer and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.

 Publicity

1. Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
3. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it may dispose of the Prize as it sees fit, in its sole discretion.
4. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
5. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
6. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.

TPS Golden Goals – Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to TPS Golden Goals (the “Promotion”). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you participate in the Promotion.

The promoter of the Promotion is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS”), whose registered office is at Yeoman’s Drive, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Promotion.

Opening and Closing Dates, Eligibility

1.1  The Promotion will begin at around 8:00 on Monday 8 June 2026 and close on or around 23:59 on Sunday 19 July 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). The Promotional Period covers the duration of the 2026 international football tournament.

1.2  The Promotion is open to selected businesses operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have an eligible TPS Core Accident or Core Mechanical customer account number and have made at least one purchase from a TPS Centre within the applicable weekly qualifying period (“Qualifying Business”).

1.3  Employees entering the Promotion on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.

1.4  The Promotion is not open to:

1.4.1  employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion;

1.4.2  Volkswagen Group Authorised Repairers, Retailers and Bodyshops; or

1.4.3 TPS National accounts; or

1.4.4  non-TPS Core Accident or Core Mechanical customers.

1.5  Acceptance of any prize by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business’s anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Promotion must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a prize, in the event that they are successful.

1.6 Spend via TPS National will not be included towards your total eligible spend.

1.7  Employees or suppliers of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors, its Authorised Repairer network, TPS National accounts, non-TPS Core customers, Volkswagen Group brand retailers and associated companies or their families and anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible for this Promotion.

1.8  Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Promotion must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Promotion and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable prize. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or prize claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.

How the Promotion Works

2.1  The Promotion operates across two prize structures running concurrently throughout the Promotional Period: a Weekly Rebate Prize and an End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot.

2.2  Goal Scoring Mechanism: Every goal scored during the 2026 international football tournament will generate £50 of rebate, split as follows:

2.2.1  £25 will be added to the Weekly Rebate Pot for the relevant week; and

2.2.2  £25 will be added to the End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot.

2.3  Eligible Goals: For the purposes of this Promotion, goals are defined as goals scored during full time (90 minutes) and extra time only during a 2026 international football tournament match. Goals scored during a penalty shootout do not count as a qualifying goal and will not contribute to either the Weekly Rebate Pot or the End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot.

2.4 Weekly Goal Allocation – Match Timing

For the purposes of determining which weekly prize pot a goal contributes to, goals are defined as those scored within matches with a kick-off time between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59 UK time.

Where a match commences on a Sunday but concludes after midnight into Monday, all goals scored in that match will be allocated to the weekly prize pot in which that Sunday falls, not the following week. For example, a match with a kick-off at 23:00 on Sunday that concludes at 01:00 on Monday will have all its goals counted in the week containing that Sunday.

The kick-off time as published by the relevant tournament organisers, adjusted to UK time (GMT/BST as applicable), will be used as the sole determinant of which weekly pot goals are allocated to. TPS’s decision on goal allocation in any disputed or ambiguous case is final.

2.5  The Promotion runs across six weekly periods corresponding to the six weeks of the 2026 international football tournament. At the end of each weekly period, one Qualifying Business will be selected at random from all eligible entries that week to win that week’s accumulated Weekly Rebate Pot.

2.6  For every £250 a Qualifying Business spends during the qualifying spend period, they will also earn one entry into the End of Tournament Jackpot draw. There is no limit to the number of entries a Qualifying Business can earn across the Promotional Period.

2.7  The End of Tournament Jackpot will be awarded to four winners, resulting in a total of ten winners across the entire Promotion (six weekly winners and four End of Tournament Jackpot winners).

Entry

3.1  To qualify for a weekly prize draw entry, a customer must spend a minimum of £250 during the applicable weekly qualifying spend period set out in the Weekly Schedule at clause 5 below.

3.2 To qualify for the End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot, a customer must spend a minimum of £250 during the promotional period. Customers will receive one additional entry for every £250 spent. For example if a customer spends £2500 between Monday 8 June – Saturday 18 July 2026, 10 entries into the End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot will be gained.

3.3  Spend is qualified as the amount spent with TPS during the applicable weekly qualifying spend period less any credits applied to the account during that period, regardless of when the credited part was purchased. Spend via TPS National will not be included towards your total eligible spend.

3.4  The £250 minimum spend requirement is calculated exclusive of VAT.

3.5  Should a customer wish to know how much they have spent with TPS during any weekly period, they should contact their local TPS Centre.

3.6  Entrants will also need to have a valid email address and/or contact telephone number linked to their TPS account (these details shall be used to contact winners).

3.7  If entry into this Promotion is conditioned on a minimum spend and, for any reason including returns, refunds, or order cancellations, the Qualifying Business no longer meets the minimum spend requirement during that weekly period, then the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible for that week’s entry. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entry previously made and to forfeit any Prize that may have been won.

3.8  For the weekly prize draw, there is a limit of one entry per qualifying customer account number per weekly qualifying period once the £250 base target has been reached. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

3.9 For the End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot, there is no limit to entry per customer account, and every additional £250 spent with TPS will result in an additional entry to the End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot.

3.10  If at any time a Qualifying Business wishes to withdraw from the Promotion, the request should be made in writing to their local TPS Centre.

3.11  TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed, damaged or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.

3.12  Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.

3.13  TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. TPS reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

Selection of Winners

4.1  Weekly Prize Draw: One winner per week will be drawn at random, from all valid and eligible entries received during that weekly qualifying spend period. Winner announcement dates are set out in the Weekly Schedule at clause 5.

4.2  End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot: Four winners will be drawn at random from the pool of all valid entries accumulated across all six weeks. One winner will be selected from each of the four TPS regions set out at clause 9. The End of Tournament Jackpot draw will take place on Monday 20 July 2026 following the conclusion of the 2026 international football tournament final.

4.3  Winners will be notified within 7 working days by their local TPS Centre by telephone or email using the primary contact details on the customer account. Winners must acknowledge this notification within 7 days of being contacted, in order to claim the Prize. If a Prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the Winner, another winner will be selected at random from the pool of entries.

4.4  Rebate prizes will be paid to each Winner’s associated customer account within 28 days of winner confirmation. Rebates will be paid as credit to set against the participating customer’s TPS Credit Account. Cash Account Customers will receive their rebate paid as a credit to their account – no cash rebates will be paid.

4.5  Rebates are awarded to a Qualifying Business as credit which must be used within 12 months of it being paid to the Qualifying Business’ TPS account. Rebates can only be used against future purchases from TPS and cannot be withdrawn or substituted as cash. Rebates shall expire automatically without notification to the Qualifying Business if not used within the 12 month period.

4.6  The representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize may be required to provide documentation to prove their eligibility and that they have the permission of the relevant Qualifying Business to accept the prize. The name of the Winner(s) and the Prize(s) won will (unless the name of the Winner is the name of an individual person and they have objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by TPS within 90 days of the conclusion of the Promotional Period.

5. The table below sets out the qualifying spend periods, prize pot accumulation periods and winner announcement dates for each of the six weekly draws:

Prizes

6.1  There are a total of ten prizes available across the Promotion: six weekly rebate prizes and four End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot prizes.

6.2  Weekly Rebate Prize: Each of the six weekly prizes will consist of a rebate pot determined by the total number of goals scored during that week’s Prize Pot Accumulation Period, at a rate of £25 per goal. The value of each weekly prize will vary depending on goals scored during the relevant week.

6.3  End of Tournament Rebate Jackpot: The jackpot value will be determined by the total number of goals scored across the entire 2026 international football tournament (full time and extra time only, excluding penalty shootouts), at a rate of £25 per goal. This jackpot will be divided equally between the four regional winners.

6.4  There is no cash or other prize alternative to any Prize, except in the event of circumstances outside TPS’ reasonable control, when TPS reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.

6.5  All sums payable in relation to the Promotion are to be paid in pounds sterling and are exclusive of any value added tax (VAT) or any other sales tax or duties (unless otherwise stated), which, where applicable, shall be payable by the customer in addition.

6.6  Qualifying Businesses and the representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the Prize shall be responsible for any tax liabilities which may arise as a result of the receipt, use or distribution of the Prize by or on behalf of the Qualifying Business.

6.7  Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6.8  TPS reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that a Winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it shall award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.

Publicity

7.1  Any Winner may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes including social media posts.

7.2  TPS reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the Winner in any future marketing materials, website publications, social media posts, promotions and/or prize draws.

General

8.1  Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.2  Images for illustrative purposes only.

8.3  TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, any suspension, cancellation, or material alteration to the 2026 international football tournament.

8.4  If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.

8.5  TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion.

8.6  TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.

8.7  Any personal information supplied in connection with the Promotion will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of TPS posted at https://tps.trade/cookies-and-privacy#privacy.

8.8  The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
