Merch Mania – Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the TPS’ Merch Mania promotion (the “Promotion”). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you submit an entry for the Promotion.  

The promoter of the Promotion is Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, trading as TPS (“TPS”), whose registered office is at Yeomans Dr, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN. In these Terms “you” means the trader participating in the Promotion.

Opening and closing dates, eligibility

  1. The period to spin the wheel to claim merchandise opens on Tuesday 17 February at 11:00 and closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 24 February 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  2. The Promotion is open to any customers who spend £500 or more on one invoice between Monday 16 February 2026 and Saturday 21 February 2026. Customers are limited to one eligible invoice to claim one free item of merchandise throughout the promotional period. 
  3. The £500 minimum spend requirement is calculated exclusive of VAT.
  4. The Promotion is open to selected TPS customers operating in the United Kingdom (including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies) which have a TPS customer account number, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale (“Qualifying Business”). Qualifying Businesses will need a TPS customer account number in order to participate.
  5. Employees entering the Promotion on behalf of a Qualifying Business must be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over and must have the permission of their employer.
  6. The Promotion is not open to:
    – employees of TPS, their agents or contractors, or anyone else connected with the Promotion;
    – non-TPS customers; and
    – TPS Core Accident, Apex & Key accounts.
  7. A Core Mechanical customer account with TPS is required to enter the Promotion.
  8. Acceptance of any free item by a representative of a Qualifying Business will be subject to that Qualifying Business’s anti-bribery policy. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in this Promotion must therefore ensure that they will be entitled to accept a free item, in the event that they are successful.
  9. Representatives of a Qualifying Business participating in the Promotion must notify TPS immediately if they are not permitted to participate in the Promotion and TPS will remove the relevant entry/forfeit any applicable free item. TPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries or free item claims received from other individuals employed by the same Qualifying Business, if TPS receives any notification from an individual that employees, officers or staff of that Qualifying Business are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.

Entry Instructions

  1. Entrants will earn the chance to spin the wheel to claim their free merchandise item once they spend £500 on one invoice (excluding VAT) during the promotional period. Multiple transactions will not be included.
  2. All eligible participants will receive an email the following working day after qualifying by meeting the above spend/purchase criteria. The email will contain a unique link which enables participants to access the TPS Merch Mania platform. The link will contain the customer number and Centre number unique to the participant. Once clicked, the participant will be recognised and will be granted access to the site to spin the wheel. Customers who have opted out of marketing consents but want to take part in the promotion should email tpsmarketingsupport@vwg.co.uk with their customer number and ask to opt in to Merch Mania. 
  3. Free items will be allocated based on which section of the wheel the arrow lands on.
  4. All spins will be allocated an item of merchandise.
  5. Only one spin will be granted during the promotional period.
  6. A maximum of one merchandise item can be claimed per Qualifying Business.
  7. Participants can make qualifying purchases with any TPS Centre during opening hours Monday-Saturday. Participants will be unable to spin the wheel to be allocated a merchandise item on Saturday and Sunday throughout the promotional period. Spins awarded to participants from a purchase on Friday or Saturday during the promotional period will be available to claim the following Monday.
  8. If entry into this Promotion is conditioned on the purchase of any product or the submission of any order and you return the relevant product or cancel the relevant order, then you/the Qualifying Business will no longer be eligible to enter this Promotion. In such circumstances, TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entry you have previously made and to forfeit any free item you may win/have won.
  9. If, at any time, you wish to withdraw from the Promotion your request should be made in writing to TPS, Yeomans Dr, Blakelands, Milton Keynes MK14 5AN, UK.
  10. TPS accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, lost, delayed, damaged, or rendered invalid for any reason beyond its control.
  11. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms and/or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified.
  12. TPS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. TPS reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

Free item details

  1. A minimum of 2,000 pieces of Volkswagen Group merchandise will be awarded during the Promotion period, which are as follows:
    – 300 Škoda Men’s Gloves (grey)
    – 800 Volkswagen Gym Bag
    – 800 Volkswagen branded Mug
    – 100 Volkswagen Key Ring
  2. Qualifying Businesses and the representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the free item shall be responsible for any tax liabilities which may arise as a result of the receipt, use or distribution of the free item by or on behalf of the Qualifying Business.
  3. Free item are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternatives are available.
  4. Each participant is eligible to claim one free item of merchandise throughout the promotional period.
  5. Merchandise included in the Promotion is subject to limited availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Once stock is exhausted, no further merchandise will be available.
  6. TPS reserves the right to forfeit a free item where it reasonably suspects that a Recipient is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms.
  7. All images of merchandise used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual merchandise may vary in appearance, colour, size or specification.

Merchandise Allocation

  1. All eligible entrants will be awarded one piece of Volkswagen Group merchandise. (“Recipient”).
  2. Free items of merchandise will be allocated through the ‘Merch Mania’ mechanic at time of entry on all days excluding Saturday and Sunday during the promotional period.
  3. Merchandise items need to be claimed by spinning the wheel by Tuesday 24 February 2026,  if the free item is not claimed by this time, it will be voided.
  4. The allocated item of merchandise will be delivered by your local TPS Centre alongside the qualifying order. Any queries at this point should be raised with your local TPS Centre.

  7. Recipients of the merchandise items will receive their item by 31 March 2026 at the latest. No alternative is available.
  8. The name of the Recipient(s) and the free item(s) won will (unless the name of the Recipient is the name of an individual person and they have objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by TPS before 30 April 2026.
  9. The representative of the Qualifying Business claiming the free item may be required to provide documentation to prove their eligibility and that they have the permission of the relevant Qualifying Business to accept the free item.

Publicity

  1. Any Recipient may be required to take part in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and/or press purposes.

General

  1. Any decision of TPS is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. TPS reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these Terms at any time, without prior notice or compensation, in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so.
  3. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.
  4. TPS accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any entries which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (f) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
  5. TPS will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, howsoever caused, sustained in any way by any participant in this Promotion. However, nothing in these Terms shall have the effect of excluding or restricting liability for personal injury or death caused by proved negligence of the Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited nor any other liability which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict.
  6. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Promotion will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Privacy Notice of TPS posted at https://tps.trade/cookies-and-privacy#privacy.

The Promotion and these Terms (including any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of them) are subject to English law.  Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
